User Agreement

We look forward to having you as our user and member. In order for us to have a long and strong relationship, we need to be in agreement of some basic rules.

This document represents a legally binding document and along with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy represents our house rules (the “UA” for short).This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use Enqlo, our website and our web application, and the other services provided by Enqlo (the: “Services” for short), so please read it carefully.
By using any of our Services (even just browsing one of our websites), you’re agreeing to the UA. That means that you agree to our UA by instaling, accessing or using our Services, software or site.

I Notice

You must adhere to the policies set forth in the UA. Failure to do so may result in Enqlo taking one or more of the following enforcement actions:
- requiring you to delete prohibited content before you can again create new project, product, file and interact with other users;
-temporarily limiting your ability to create project, product, file or interact with other users;
-asking you to verify account ownership with a phone number or email address;
-or in worst case scenario permanently suspending your account and put you on the black list.

I Our services

Enqlo is offering to you several subscription packages, which are adaptable to your needs (the “Services” for short), each with it's limitations. If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information) sending email to support@enqlo.com

Enqlo will save your project/files/bought products in the cloud for the period of 30 days after the deletion or expiration your account. We will never claim ownership of your work/projects/files/products. Any data we collect on usage is anonymized. (please read our Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions.

III Violation of use

1) Misuse of the Service.

You may not in any kind of way misuse/or try to misuse of our Service. Some of the factors we take into the consideration when deterring whether there is misuse:

In case we notice any behavior described above Enqlo will temporarily suspend your account and manually inspect it. Still, because we care about our users and members. Enqlo will give you a chance to justify your actions. We will ask you to provide us with justifications for your actions in writing through direct contact with you, usually through your email address. If we do not belive in your justification or you repeat the misuse of Service, we will permanently be suspended and prevented from creating new account. Enqlo reserves the right to delete every account that misuse the Service in the way described above.

2) Abusive behavior.

We care about your safety when using our Service. In order to ensure that our users and members feels safe, we prohibit behavior that crosses the line into abuse, including behavior that harasses, intimidates, or uses fear to silence another user’s voice or the diminish his use of the Service. Context matters when evaluating for abusive behavior and determining appropriate enforcement actions. Enqlo will take into consideration if the behavior is targeted at an individual or group of users. You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone or incite other people to do so. We consider abusive behavior an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else’s voice or diminish his use of the Service.You may not direct abuse at someone by sending unwanted sexual content, objectifying them in a sexually explicit manner, or otherwise engaging in sexual misconduct. You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. You also may not use your username, display name, or profile bio to engage in abusive behavior, such as targeted harassment or expressing hate towards a person, group, or protected category.You may not publish or post other people’s private information without their express authorization and permission. Definitions of private information may vary depending on local laws. You may not post or share intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent. You may not threaten to expose someone’s private information or intimate media. You also may not threaten to hack or break into someone’s digital information.

If abusive behavior happens, we want to make it easy for you to report it to us. Anyone can report abusive behavior directly to Enqlo by sending an e-mail to support@enqlo.com with the subject “Abusive behavior” We’ll ask you to provide more information about the issue you’re reporting. After you submit a report, you will see a confirmation e-mail from us alerting you that we received your report (it may take up to 24 hours before you see a message). We will review the reported account. If we determine that the account, are in violation of our policies, we will take action (ranging from a warning to permanently suspending the account). You will receive a follow up from us if we need more information from you, or when we take action on the reported account.

3) Spam.

We care about you so Enqlo strive to protect you from technical abuse and spam. For us to do that you are forbidden the following while using Enqlo:
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Enqlo, Enqlo’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Enqlo’s providers and similar
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Access or search, or attempt to access or search, Enqlo by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Enqlo (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Enqlo
• scraping Enqlo content without our prior consent is expressly prohibited • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use Enqlo to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailbombing Enqlo’s services, or by scripting, the creation of content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on Enqlo.
• Any accounts engaging in the following activities may be temporarily blocked or subject to permanent suspension;
• You may not import and/or publish file and/or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another person’s browser or computer or to compromise a person’s privacy.
• You may not use Enqlo’s services for the purpose of spamming anyone, including enqlo.com. Spam is generally defined as bulk or aggressive activity that attempts to manipulate or disrupt Enqlo or the experience of users on Enqlo to drive traffic or attention to unrelated accounts, products, services, or initiatives. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be spamming include: if you have uploded / imported large amount of files in a short time period, particularly by automated means, if a number of people have reported you in response to high volumes of untargeted, unsolicited, or duplicative content or engagements from your account; if a number of spam complaints have been filed against you; if you create duplicate or substantially similar accounts; if you send large numbers of unsolicited comments or reviews; if you create fake accounts, account interactions, or impressions. Accounts created to replace suspended accounts may be permanently suspended.
• Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology; • Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages
• Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through the available sharing functionality) the content of others without their permission. If you have a permission of a third party, you may need to sign an author or provide a link to the resource if file is for external use.

4) Copyright policy

Users or members are solely responsible for the copyright of all the content created or uploaded using our Services or on our site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Enqlo, nor our employees or directors shall be liable from and against any third-party claims regarding the violation of the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secret or other proprietary rights. Also we will not be lialbe including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs, regardless of the form of action or claim that arises out of or is in connection to the copyrighted work. If Enqlo gets sued because of something that you did, you agree to defend indemnify us against claims of misappropriation, infringement, and invalid licensing of the copyrighted work.
