We want you to love your jewellery, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve got you covered.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalised or custom jewellery is non-returnable unless faulty.

We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but you can follow our return process to return any unwanted items.

Simply send an email to info@enqlo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess the situation and get a replacement or resolution sorted for you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will make sure you are taken care of.
